I proudly own and operate the business side of Calloway Home Solutions. Yes — lady-owned. Yes — I’m usually the one answering the phone. And yes — I believe professionalism and personality can exist in the same sentence.
Why We’re Called Calloway
Most people assume Calloway is our last name. It isn’t. We named this company after our son. We lost him shortly after birth, and building this business became our way of carrying him forward — with intention, with purpose, and with heart.
When your child’s name is on the truck, on the shirts, and on every invoice, you do things differently. You slow down. You do it right. You stand behind your work.
This business isn’t just about power systems. It’s about legacy.
What sets us apart
We believe dependable power isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.
Not just during Kentucky storm season, but for the mom storing breast milk in the freezer who can’t afford to lose her supply. For the family with a loved one on oxygen who depends on uninterrupted power. For the homeowner who simply needs their house to function when the grid doesn’t.
Backup power isn’t about convenience. It’s about security, stability, and peace of mind.
We believe in doing things the right way — with precision, long-term reliability, and workmanship you don’t have to second guess. We believe in transparent pricing, clear communication, and standing behind our work long after installation day.
And yes — when you see phrases that sound a little less “corporate contractor” and a little more human, that’s intentional. I like adding a little razzle dazzle instead of the standard “proudly serving” mumbo jumbo. You’re welcome.
We built this company to reflect who we are. That’s just how we do things around here.
